I am Shurine Nichols, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C, a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in healthcare. My professional journey began in the Intensive Care Unit, where I developed a rigorous standard for clinical precision and critical thinking that has guided my practice ever since.
Over the course of my career, I expanded my expertise across a wide range of high-acuity settings — including Emergency Medicine, travel nursing, and nursing leadership roles. These diverse experiences gave me a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare continuum and the importance of adaptable, high-quality care.
In 2019, I earned my Master of Science in Nursing and achieved board certification as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C). Since then, I have focused on primary care and Telehealth medicine, utilizing modern technology to make expert clinical guidance more accessible to my patients.
In 2024, I founded Improve U Health & Wellness — a multistate Telehealth practice built on my belief that healthcare should be both proactive and deeply personalized. By blending my extensive background in acute care with a focus on long-term wellness, my goal is to deliver expert, evidence-based care directly to you — where you are, on your schedule, and without the barriers of traditional healthcare.
